Just finished up grilling up some workweek grub. A sausage fatty with whipped cream cheese (for breakfasts) and a coupla whole skinless boneless chicken breasts (for lunches). Seasoned everything with some of @Nuke1855 's caribeque seasonings... Again, I am not affiliated with his company, I just enjoy the products. Even if @Big_Green_Craig called me an "a$$ clown" for trying out @Nuke1855 's seasonings a meatball recipe. LOL!! Great stuff.

@Mattman3969 , if I have to choose one favorite, it would be the Island Thyme. It is fantastic on Seafood, Corn on the Cob and Potatoes. The others are good too though. The one pet peeve of mine about any rub is it being too salty. None of these have disappointed. The 3 pack with free shipping is what I got. He is also coming out with a Jerk rub soon. Can't wait to try that one. These are by far the best seasonings I've ever tried. They are different and islandy, which I love.

Knocking it out of the park once again. My grandparents lived in Kershaw S.C. I'm tempted to go to there house and attempting to find @Dyal_SC by smell alone. Nicely Done again man.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

I'd like to hear a little more about the top one...is that a stuffed pork loin?Making the neighbors jealous in Pleasant Hill, Ia one cook at a time...

Thx guys! @Mike_the_BBQ_Fanatic , it's Jimmy Dean Hot Sausage. Just take a ziplock bag and flatten a 1 lb tube of sausage inside. Cut the bag open, spread on some whipped cream cheese and roll it back up. Season it and smoke it up.

Those are some big ol breastisis! I thought there were 4 of them and realized they were 2 butterflied. The finished product looks awesome.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
-
Why thank you @SmokeyPitt . But it was 4. I get my chicken at a local meat market. They cut out both breasts at once and leave them intact.
