We felt like chicken tonight like chicken tonight (and a peach dessert)

the chicken was seasoned with season salt, chipotle powder, and  Bacon  dip mix.  Cooked at 225 for 1hr with a little apple wood to impart some flavor, then raised the temp to 350 to finish it off.  When it was close to done glazed with a little brown sugar and chipotle powder.    Served with  couscous and pattypan squash.
