Pepper Stout Ale(its all I had) Beef is one of my favorite cooks. I started my chuckie a bit late so won't be eating for a while. Chuck roast has been on for 2.5 hours @ 250, probably 30 min before I start the braise. Man I can't wait. Got some ciabatta buns and going to try a bit of goat cheese and horseradish on it, sounds good to me, we'll see.
