Coconut Cornbread

Team Big Green Eggs and Ham created coconut cornbread and beans with help from the Green Egg on both....How sweet it was! Judges thought so, in the anscillary category....Thanks Laurie!

I tasted that too. Dan did not tell me that was in it at first, I took some to BobbyQ and we both were a little stumped but there was a definate sweetness we could not point to. He went and got some more and found out about the coconut, man it was good.[p]-Kevin
