    @milesvdustin - you should have had no tenderness issue with those RRs at all.  Have you submitted a response to customer service?  They have a web form.  Good luck

    THANKS Thatgrimguy i appreciate the links, even many of the "greats" still preach this outdated method. I bought into it because when I cook a Standing Rib Roast, I do it NO sear at 200 degrees and produce AMAZING tender roasts every time. So it made sense that brining it up slow to temp was the way to go. i see that the room temp is not enough heat to make a difference though. Great links!

    @4Runner, not yet. I will tonight. Im gearing up for my biggest inspection of the year at work so im super busy trying to unscrew everything. (Im an active duty Marine Corps recruiter.) Ive been awake for 30 hours now....

    I dropped them a message today, we will see what they say. I heated up the leftovers for lunch and the meat was super tough. I havent had that happen before.
