Burnt Ends Are Good

Yeah, call me Captain Obvious. But I don't remember having ever done burnt ends before tonight. I usually slice and will chop or pull leftovers for sammiches or to mix in beans, chili, etc. Tonight I did burnt ends with some leftover point and it was so good. It went great with the egg made bread and egg smoke roasted sweet potato. And now my wife is killing off my birthday peach/cherry cobbler. I love the versatility of the egg.
Always seeking the high I experienced from my first true BBQ experience.

Burnt ends are probably my favorite meal. Yours look fabulous and the desert is on point as well. Nicely Done!!!I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

How many briskets did you cook? Everybody knows there is only one burnt end to a brisket!
