Pork Shoulder - On The Mini

First time pork butt (4.5 lbs) on the mini ... hit a minor bump in the road, hit a one hour stall @ 169 ... finally foiled the butt and broke right thru the stall.

Total cook time 5 hrs @ approx 275-300 degrees. I think i had enough lump left over to go two more hrs (if I had to). Pulled pork sammies were topped with a tangy homemade bbq sauce then topped with a healthy amount of sweet coleslaw.
I've slow smoked and eaten so much pork, I'm legally recognized as being part swine - Chatsworth Ca.
