Seared Red Chile Scallops and a Fresh Salad

 Large at 350 and CI at OEM height for 35 minutes. Rubbed the scallops with a red pepper & ancho powder.  


Got the butter bubbling 


Finished and plated with a fresh tomato,moz and basil Carprese Salad topped with a lil EVOO & Balsamic glaze.
