Sitting at the office after an amazing long weekend filled with burgers, dogs, pork shoulder, mac and cheese, and a whole bunch of shellfish all done on the egg. I am already thinking about what I can do this week and about the low and slow stuff for the coming weekend. I am officially addicted - maybe I should go buy some accessories to help me cope!

Addicted? Hah! You must stop now. Wait till you start drooling when someone says "Hey, buddy, I know a guy who knows a guy that can handle a whole case of pig cheeks." No going back then.

It will be ok. When you get home go out and stick your nose over the dome vent and breath deep. Then fire it up and cook something even just a grilled cheese sandwichColumbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

Yeah, I did fajitas and a boat-load of country style ribs and chicken legs in the last 2 days. Tonight... Still-here's. (it is still here... )

Like others have said you could go with the Spatchcock chicken, that never fails. I would go with a couple of nice ribeyes and a salad. Can't beat a steak home cooked on your Egg. I haven't ordered a steak out since I bought my Egg several years ago!
