I think I am finally getting consistent results. This was delicious, did another one a couple of days ago and they both came out great!  Using the "OO" dough recipe and leaving it in the fridge for two or 3 days.  I am finally learning " less is more". One more confession, this is on a blackstone ( please don't flame me, I could have used the egg)
