I'm pretty excited, I think we both got a good deal. I only had the LBGE for 6 months, but I knew almost immediately that I should have gone with the XL.
@TnJed Yes, I'm going to miss that Dogfish bottle opener, but I can always buy a new one.
@blasting Keeping both was not an option. Needed the $ from the sale of the LBGE in order to buy the XL.
@minniemoh Thanks, it was a nice looking table/setup. Right off the bat, I'm going with the XL AR and Woo with stone from CGS instead of the platesetter. As far as the table goes, I think i'm going to do wood again, but a piece of granite on top.

Worked out for both of you...I love my XL as I'm sure your going to love yours. I've been looking into the AR rig for my xl for a while now. Hopefully I'll be able to pick one up soon too! Happy Egging!

@texaswig There are so many options for the AR with the XL. I'd really to to get it right the first time and not regret getting something I should have. I am planning on calling Tom at the CGS this afternoon, but do you or anyone have any suggestions on "must haves" with the AR or any comments about things you got, but did not need?XL and a Mini-Max.

I've got the round stone and drip pan also. I'm thinking maybe get a half moon stone. so I can have a dual zone. I alot of people like the oval stone. I've also wanted to get a couple more oval grids for doing jerky. One of my favorite meals when friends are over is 2 chickens 8 baked potatoes, 8 corns, and a couple of foil packs of mushrooms, squash, or zucchini. All of it cooks in about a hour. Thanks for all the responses. As I said in my initial post, I truly believe both parties got a good deal. He got a complete set-up and can hit the ground running and I got the funds necessary to purchase my forever egg.
I'm really stoked to be moving up to an XL. I spoke with Tom from the CGS yesterday, ordered the AR/Woo with slide guide, 2nd oval grid and smokeware cap which should arrive in two days. I've also found a dealer about two hours from me selling XL's with nest and handlers for the same price that I sold my LBGE set-up. The nest will allow me to take my time building the table of my dreams. I'm taking Friday off from work to go pick everything up and put it all together. Should be smoking by Saturday. Life is good.XL and a Mini-Max.
