I used real honey (never heard of honey powder), pear infused balsamic (because I had some), and added some Dijon mustard because I thought it was a little too sweet.

It took about 4.5 hours around 300-375. The ham is fully cooked but already so you are just heating it, and they recommend going to an IT of 140.TnJed said:How long did this go for? Looks excellent.
It was taking longer than expected so I wrapped in foil and kicked the heat up a bit to move it along. It had 3 days in the fridge but I think it was still not thawed all the way.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
