Heres an article on a new restaurant concept opening in North Raleigh. Saying its the first of its kind. I will definitely have to check it out especially since they will have over 40 beers on tap!

Concept of it is solid. Exclusively on KJs though may be a tough venture to monitor that many pit temps. I'd be interested in knowing how many are on staff not including the Chef & Sous Chef in the kitchen. Not that it couldn't be accomplished efficiently. Hope they have great success in their venture.
