Did you put some type of dressing in the grilled romaine? Looks really good!

Slicd a whole romaine heart in two.
Drizzle some olive oil.
Sprinkle some coarse salt (I used pink Himalayan).
Grill each side for a few minutes until you see some grill marks.

Topped with tomatoes, mandarin, parmesan.
