I made deer burgers last night (pics)

Last nights dinner


Deer burgers with a dry rub grilled on weber with mesquite then topped with aged Swiss and bacon. Bun fried in bacon grease.

Artichoke hearts wrapped in bacon that was grilled.

Sweet potato sliced up. Toss in olive oil and salt and pepper and cumin. Baked at 400 for 20 mins, flip, then another 20 minutes. Once done drizzle honey on top. Used bourbon honey.

Had makers mark on ice with it.
