Trying ribs today after steak Friday night, pizza Saturday night, and feeling adventurous today. 3 days in a row is a record for me having that much time to use bge!
Yellow mustard rub with dizzy dust and light coat of swamp venom at 235 over applewood for 5 hrs is the plan. Finish off with a coating of sweet baby rays for 20 minutes at the end. Over a tray of water and apple juice for moisture.
Will keep posted on the progress!

After 5 hrs the finished product. Good first attempt at ribs, texture and consistency was spot on. I will throw more rub on them for flavor next time, but other than that, no changes!
