Side table to accompany egg table

Hey ya'll. Since I put my small egg in the table with my large, I am missing the surface area to put stuff. I am planning to build a side table sort of like the table I currently have, pic below, and would like to see if any others have built some. I plan to include a granite insert, 2 shelves and put it on casters. Any other ideas? This new table would be made out of some old pine flooring that came out of a early 1900 house. Some of the wood that i used on my current table.

Here's my solution to the same problem. A fold down. Bear with me while a post some pictures.
BTW these hinges are rated at 130 pounds.

I like the fold down idea @RRP. What is the mechanism that holds it up?
<edit> I see you added a pic that answers my question. Very cool.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
@RRP I like that idea. Where did you get those hinges? All that I have found are light duty.

Why not just add on to your table? You could probably remove the counter and make a new one.

@MonaartsThe main reason, I don't feel like sanding that red oak again and I think I would get more use out of a mobile cart. And I would like it to be taller, like countertop height.

Here is the setup we use. It's an Origami cart and folds down when not needed. It's very handy. I didn't post the whole cook because I didn't notice that my gasket was fried and couldn't keep temps below 325. It didn't turn out very well. Once again, @RRP to the rescue. Just waiting on a dry day to install the Rutland and then do a re-do with the second set of ribs in the freezer once the gasket cures.
