Cleaned the fridge out for dinner. Had chicken breast, orange peppers, onions, chorizo, shrimp, mushrooms and cheese. Sautéed everything on the mini in the 8" lodge skillet. ..to nice to be in the cave. They turned out good. .. I highly recommend cooking shrimp in the chorizo grease....
Green egg, dead animal and alcohol. The "Boro".. TN
