I've had pepper stout beef at the top of my must do list for quite a while. Since we had company over last night I decided to give it a shot. I did a double batch to make sure that we had enough. For the first time I was pretty pleased. It wasn't as flavorful as I would have thought but will try again. This time with more pepper and salt. Thought I got a shredded and a played pic but I guess not.
XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!

I switched to using wine instead of stout for a little more flavor profile.

@henapple I'm usually the same way but this was way under seasoned. One of my girls always complains about the food being too spicy even with very little amounts used. Even she commented about it needing some seasoning.
