Hello, my name is BigBert24 and I have an egg problem!
I'm a new egg owner, girlfriend bought me one for Christmas(think she was expecting a ring in return?) I've always been a weber guy, thinking I was boss, LOL, I was just plain ignorant! There are a few life changing events in one's life, for me, this has to be right at the top. It has become an absolute obsession as I've spent more $$ on eggcessories than my GF did on the egg itself. I cook on the egg 3-4 times a week, and have made pizza's, ribs, pork loin, pork butt, steak(ribeye, strips, flank, skirt), beer can chicken, & freshly caught fish(by me)...
Looking forward to future interactions..

Welcome, I live in Boca Raton and got a LBGE for Christmas as well. I am not aware of any eggfests in south Florida in April, however there is one in Cape Canaveral.XL and a Mini-Max.

Where did your girlfriend purchase your egg? I picked mine up at Culinary Concepts in Pompano, cool store with great prices. All the accessories I've priced out are at least 20% less there than at Pinch a Penny.
You have a LBGE, right? Have you cooked raised direct yet? I didn't notice a PSwoo2 or and Adjustable Rig in any of your pictures. If your interested in a PSwoo2, I have one I could sell you for 50% of what I bought it for. It's a great piece of equipment, but I think I should have bought the AR instead.
