Bourbons and Thai Food

We had a small get together last night with some close friends and everybody brought a bottle. I need to do this more often!! 
The theme for the night was Thai food so we started off with some spring rolls which I didn't get any pics, then moved on to getting the main meal going.
The one and only obligatory egg pic just for proof
I wanted to serve the food just as soon as it came out of the wok so we did the meal in stages. First up is the Mongolian Beef
Once the plates were empty I moved on to the Pad Thai. My lovely bride got the extras ready while I was cooking

For dessert we made some Apple Pie Egg Rolls with a homemade whip cream

@NDG - Thank you. It really wasn't that crazy of cook because everything was prepped and staged in the fridge. Each meal was in containers on a pan ready to pull and go. And yes my wife was a big help.

@Mattman3969-that's a great head-fake for some bourbon. Nice serve by your guests, but then again you did them right. Most eggcellent evening. Congrats.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

@lousubcap - my friends know my taste in bourbon just like I know their taste in food. I have to say the hype around the Wild Turkey Single Barrel is a bit overhyped.
