Been watching this forum for a long time but never posted anything. Just got signed up after having my egg 3 months.
Figured it is a good time to start sharing.
Sauteedin butter and white wine, mushroom stems, green onions, garlic after chopping it all up in a food processor.
Combined saute with breadcrumbs from my wife's homemade sourdough, lump crab and Parmesan cheese and stuffed the mushroom caps.
Raised Indirect at 250 with some hickory chunks for 1 hour.
Pulled out topped with cheese and back in at 400 for 10 minutes to crisp the breadcrumbs and cheese.
We served these with 10lbs of King crab also grilled (didn't get any pics of that, it was gone to fast).
