Grilled up some wings. 350* raised direct for about 50 minutes, flipping halfway, then about 425* direct for 10 minutes to crisp them up. Grilled them with salt and pepper. Prepped and dried in the fridge uncovered for 6 hours. Tossed in warmed sauce and served immediately. Sauce was homemade Teriyaki Sauce and homemade Mumbo Sauce.

I gotta second the above comment. They look fantastic.
This must be bad times for those chickens. Tons of wings get consumed during super bowl. The only ones happy are turkeys... ) -

I ended up adding extra hot sauce to this recipe. It's like a good sweet and sour type sauce.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

They were crispy @johnmitchell which is what I wanted while super moist. Drying in the fridge helped the skin crisp. If you have the time try it.I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

They look great! I think you have at least a masters degree in wingology.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
