Simple Burgers

Options
...grilled up on the Large BGE. Flattened real wide and thin under a gallon sized ziplock bag with a rolling pin. Seasoned with just sea salt. Sometimes simpler is better. Hit the spot. Didn't spend any time trying to get quality pix b/c we were hongry. ;) We sorta like thinner burgers... Extra seared surface area, it extends past the bun, plus you can fit extra stuff on there without hyperextending your jaw. ;).
