I love firing up the egg to only use for a couple min. Sorry no pics of that. But got the rolling at 700-800 for a quick sear (1 min per side) on some tuna. Placed to tuna on a salad. It is always a great quick dinner.

My only tuna I have or had is in a can. I wonder how long to sear in a can.

Nice looking cook, but if it was good fresh tuna mine would have been inhaled long before it could make it to the BGE with soy and wasabiLBGE - I like the hot stuff. The big dry San Joaquin Valley, Clovis, CA
