Beef jerky advice?

I found myself with a lot of hours stuck in the house a few years back and made a few batches of beef jerky in the oven. It came out really good but I can't help but think how much better it would be on the egg. Any advice on cures? Marinades? Egg setup to maximize space? I had used flank steak, but open to recommendations for other cuts! Thanks in advance!

Was surfing the forum for the same advice…I hope you're still not waiting lol. But maybe when I bump this up someone might have some insight. Hoping to find a wet cure recipe.

I recommend getting Wise One's cookbook. It has plenty of recipes and is a real gem for both new and experienced cooks. There are also years of eggfest recipes there for download.Click HERE and the first cookbook at the top is what I'm referencing on page 39.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------Strongsville, OhioYes. I own a blue egg! Call Atlanta if you don't believe me![I put this here so everyone knows when I put pictures up with a blue egg in it]
