My folks gave me a Salt Lick Cookbook for Christmas. It's my favorite BBQ house. I'm doing three racks of St Louis style ribs, smoked sausage, cream corn, cucumber salad, and baked beans. More pics to follow

Haha. Funny gravity jokes Meanwhile my ribs sucked. Over cooked them. I'm so pissed right now. They absolutely sucked. Everything else was amazing. I hope everyone has a better cooking night than I did. I hope everyone has a wonderful week!!

For some reason all of my pics post sideways or upsidedown too. But when you click on the picture it opens up normal.

I'm not very technology savy. Most people that ate them thought they were fine. I though they were burnt on the bottom side. Who knows. I got to work with my new table. I'm thrilled with it. I hope everyone has a wonderful week.
