    @tcracing-I wholly endorse springing for something from SRF for the big 50 or any other excuse you can find.  But I would go with their "black" brisket as it does separate itself from the field in a  way I think is a bit more difficult with a steak (although I have not had their steaks-but that's about to get remedied).  FWIW-
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.
