Sunday Angus Beef back ribs and Bacon Brats.

Started prep work on some Beef ribs and bacon wrapped brats.. I plan to get some yard work done today with the smell of a little oak smoke swirling and beef ribs cooking. My set up will be, Ribs rubbed down with Argentina Steak rub, 250 dome for 3hours...then 2 hours wrapped with a stick of butter, worcestershire sauce, and a little Chimichurri sauce...Then rest for 30 min foiled.. Indirect....The Brats will go on during the cook for snacking and beer breaks..Pics to follow..
