Just got a new Medium BGE for Christmas from mom and dad. Have cooked a couple of steaks - TRex, came out nice. Hit the jackpot yesterday with my elder ward pulled pork - rat race style. Didn't have the time to go low n slow but used all ingredients per the great elder - cooked at 320 (targeted 300 but ran a bit high) for approx 6 hrs. Sweet!!! This was so good - what improvements would I expect from the extra time low n slow? Thanks in advance and happy egging!

    lo and slo would turn it into barbecued pork/pulled pork.[p]falls apart[p]you moight have found it a bit firm, but i bet it tasted good.[p]
    can't rush barbecue, though!
