Weekend Cooks (Lots of pics)
Then let the egg come up to around 475, and threw back on, flipping every minute for about 5 minutes total.
After the rest, served with a baked potato and bacon braised green beans.

Last night did a mojo marinated turkey breast. The breast went into the marinade around 8:30 in the morning, and then went on, at 400-425 raised indirect around 4:30.
Pulled when the IT hit 164, and rested while the sides finished. Then sliced, relatively thickly.
Finally served with Carolina gold rice, and roasted butternut squash and parsnips.

@Acn Very Nice! Looks delicious. It also pleases me to see that you protected your plate-setter with foil. I don't understand the people that let everything drip all over their plate-setter. But that's just me.I did however get a crick in my neck from looking at your photos"I'm stupidest when I try to be funny"

Thanks all!
@tigertony - that's actually my pizza stone, when I reverse sear I used a two level grid and have the stone on the bottom grid - it is so much easier to remove when it is time to move to the searing part. I used the same set up on Sunday because it was still in the egg. Don't know what to tell you about the photos, they look fine on my phone and no photos show up on my work laptop.
@fence0407 - I got this one at Trader Joe's, it can be hit or miss for them straight, my store always has the marinated ones. The price there is generally $3/pound better than my regular grocery store, so I'll pick up 2 or 3 if I'm there and I see them.

Thanks Matt. Luckily for me there are no photos of my snacking while slicing. Quality control only, of course.tarheelmatt said:Fine looking meals man! I need your portion control!
