Saw a post on here recently with a chimichurri sauce and I can't get enough of cilantro so tried these tonight
Made the chimichurri with cilantro, parsley, evoo, red wine vinegar, yellow onion, jalapeños, plenty of fresh garlic, hot sauce, cayenne and chili powder
Let the chicken , onion, bell pepper sit overnight in the sauce and topped with DP fajitaish before putting on grill
Skewered them up tonight and grilled raised direct at 400
Threw in some small red potatoes and corn for sides
Might have gone a little overboard on sauce but it was still tasty

Yessir! That looks amazing. I love how you churri'ed the entire plate in pic 3.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Very nice! I love chimichurri too but never made it at home YET. Oh yea, and the bottled versions suck . . . bookmark.Columbus, OH

Cost me about $5 for the whole batch of chimichurri. May have to start making variations on it for my normal salsa Also for those who haven't checked it out yet, the Fresh Market has their BLSL chicken breasts for $2.99/lb on Tuesdays so I stocked up on theseMemphis, TN ----> Chattanooga, TN
