By far one of the best meals that I've made on the Egg. Thanks to @Mickey for his coffee rub and @NecessaryIndulg‌ for the Swordfish with tarragon and lemon recipe. Went to the West Side Market this morning and picked up the swordfish steak and some fresh green beans. The rib steaks were already stocked in the freezer. Both were cooked at 400. The swordfish was so good it replaced salmon as the wife's favorite fish. Sides were the fresh green beans and a side salad. Beyond stuffed...imageimage
