World Series Party with Mac N Cheese

Well tonight is game 3 in the series and we are having some neighbors over for a little watch party. I am cooked some Mac N Cheese on the egg for the first time. It's a big pan of it too. I doubled the receipt. Cooking indirect at 350 to 375 for 45 minutes to an hour . I have 5 different cheeses, ham, Maple bacon, red & orange peppers and sun dried tomatoes. It was good, I can do better. I put to much panco in it.
