I have been cooking my wings at 375° indirect. I am wanting to cook some wings while I have ribs going, my temp for the ribs will be 250°. So my rookie question is can I throw the wings on while my ribs cook at 250 indirect? And if so how long should they go approx? Thanks for any help!

Howdy RiverDoc!Yes, that will work well….I would put the wings around the edge of the cooker though, where they will get more heat and some semi-direct action. Should take about an hour for big wings.Cheers!Chris

Thanks @Nature Boy I've been wanting to do this just haven't tried. My master plan is ribs, ABTs, and wings going at once. I just wasn't sure about wings at 250. Thanks again-Todd

Good question.
I read on this forum, wings 225, fat renders, wings get crispy.
I forgot how long, maybe 1-1/2 hr.
Chime in guys, a good way to do wings.
I have done it 2-3 times, really good, but I don't remember everything I did,

River doc, I've never gone wings ribs and abts at once, but this weekend I did wings, abts, MOINK balls, and sea turtle eggs all at once.1 large BGE, Spartanburg SC

Thanks @Grillin_beers that looks great @pkaboo1 I'm off next couple days so I'm going to give it a try. I'm prob gonna plan on 2hrs for the wings I'll just keep an eye on them. Now to decide do I cook the wings on the same level as the ribs( felt line) or high in the dome above the ribs. Thanks for you help!-Todd

Sounds like you are making a point for that second Egg :!!Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.
