Those look very good!!! I've done that with really thin slice sweet potatoes with some sea salt,cayenne and cinnamon before and they were almost like baked chips.-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

Nice post! I wonder if you could spatchcock a chicken indirect and put the potatoes on the top grid! I'll give it a try. I usually cook my potatoes in a pan with onions under the chicken.XL BGE; Medium BGE; L BGE

I'm going to try this raised indirect above a rack of wings - temp/time is similar enough and I dust them with some rub. nice idea, thanks for posting
