Made up some egg rolls with onions, green peppers,chives,bean sprouts,water chestnuts & a leftover chicken breast that was all chopped up.

@dmw - 450, ps legs up,grid,green feet and stone. Took about 16 mins. Sprayed the top of the rolls with crisco cooking spray very lightly-----------------------------------------analyze adapt overcome2008 -Large BGE. 2013- Small BGE and 2015 - Mini. Henderson, Ky.

I was thinking that a light egg wash might brown them up a little faster than the spray. The crisp was good but I felt that they cooked just a little too long to get golden brown. What a great idea! And the egg rolls look good too! We limit the amount of deep fried food in our house (a medical thing) so we don't do egg rolls that often. Thanks for posting this! Bookmarked!Flint, Michigan
