Corned Beef Brisket Pastrami

I did a little freezer diving last week and came across a frozen corned beef brisket. I went with Third Eye technique and went with pastrami. He likes ending the cook with a pressure cooker. Since I haven't used my pressure cooker in awhile I thought we might get acquainted once again...

Took some pictures along the way. Such a simple and good cook. My wife is not the biggest fan of reubens but she couldn't get enough. She said it might be her favorite cook that I've done on the egg. I guess I'll take it as a compliment? =)) If you're a pastrami fan this is a must
