Thank God for Lipitor.....
Had a crowd over last night to watch the Vols.
Wings - marinated in Pirates Gold and DP Tsunami Spin. Cooked indirect at 400.
ABT's - stuffed with goat cheese (with garlic, lemon zest, orange zest, orange juice) and a shrimp in each one
All served up with garlic bread and mac and cheese (sorry no plated pics, as usual once food was out it was on...)
