Hump Day Kung Poa Chicken with Zoodles

The title says it all. Instead of pasta noodle I used zucchini noodles. Turned out excellent
Chicken getting all happy with some grape seed oil & some S&P Removed the chicken and added ginger & garlic till happy smellin then added the green onion and red pepper Added the sauce of Housin, Balsamic Vinegar,Chili Paste,water & corn starch along with the zucchini noodles. After a bit the chicken went back in And we be ready to eat!! I was really surprised the flavor that the zuke noodles took on. This will be done again at the Mattman Casa!!

@Dyal_SC - you can either julienne them on a mandolin or use a spiral cutter. I use the spiral cutter because it is more pasta-like. For me it's all about the smells that would fill the house if I did this inside. When using the egg all I do is light, prep food and cook. I don't care about clean smoke or stabilized fire especially when it's a quick cook like this. However if it is a bit more involved I will let the egg settle in around 400 for 15-20 mins and close the lower vent when starting to cook. The fire still gets crazy hot but by then I have my sauces and everything in the pan so not BP much burning if any. Gotta get yourself some good gloves to wok with.
