I have been out of the Country and away from my Egg Since June 29th and although I have been staying and eating at 5 Star Resorts I can't wait to get some food cooked on the Egg, my wife has asked for Salmon on the night I get home on July 31st which is fine by me and then the rest of the  week I will be doing Ribeyes, Bone in standing Pork Roast, Spatched Chicken and Pizza. I'm hungry just typing this...
