Cooked maybe a total of 5 times so far on my xl and love it.
Tomorrow I have 4 racks of beef baby backs that have been marinating since 6pm, stuffing some shrooms, and some corn. Can't wait to cook on it again!! Also have some long hammer ipa icing down.

If it's anything like my neighborhood you won't be able to enjoy the smell from the fireworks. But Happy Fourth and enjoy the ride.I raise my kids, cook and golf. When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

Whats nice about cooking on the egg and being a part of this community is that it never gets old. Lots of great ideas here on the forum. They had them marked as baby backs and they were beef. Small and tender. Came out great! My neighbor was cooking on his gas and walked over when he smelled mine. Got to talking and he may be converting. He was amazed at how these things cook.XL BGE Metairie, La
