Tonight and Tomorrow (pics)

Quick and easy pork tenderloins for tonight and then around 10 o'clock tonight I will be putting on a 5 1/2 pound chuck roast to be served for sandwiches tomorrow at the office..... First time doing a chuck roast on the Egg.....I will be cooking at a very low temp (215) because I don't want it ready until around 7am Very nice having a Stoker to maintain the low temp all night
