Multi-course meal: baby octopus with gigante bean and olive-orange vinaigrette dipping sauce; grilled porcini mushrooms with balsamic; grilled artichoke with mint and peppers.

This was a lot of work!

The octopus with dipping sauce was excellent.

Nice! Fresh porcini? Where did you get those? I'd love to cook with porcini, but they aren't sold anywhere locally.

I found the porcini's at Central Market @nolaegghead‌, but they were crazy expensive...$40 per pound! (Which is why I only did a few!)

@CPARKTX I love New Orleans, never want to live anywhere else, but if I did, it would probably be SA or Austin because they have Central Market. I work with a guy from Macedonia and he said they're about $4/Kg there, grow wild everywhere. He's gonna pick some up for me next time he's there.
