Nothing fancy. Salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder. This is the way my son likes them. Indirect at 375 for about an hour. Pretty good. Not the best but better than most I get out.

They did have a nice crispy skin. Tossed them in a little wing sauce and me and the boy devoured them all. Hopefully a chuck roast for dinner but depends how long I have to stay at a 90th birthday party. Fun times!
