I bought a raised grid from my dealer to cook baked beans and brisket together, but it wasn't tall enough so I made some adjustments. I could always add longer bolts bolts to go higher or set these lower. I will post in another thread when the brisket is done. Neighbor wants to use my XL to cook 2 briskets and 2 butts at the same time. I think I can now.
