Been helping a neighbor out who had knee replacement surgery. Came home this week to a bottle of scotch and a couple of sticks.

Flattened chicken breast stuffed with spinach, artichoke hearts, sun - dried tomatoes soaked in olive oil, provolone cheese and wrapped in bacon. The left over hearts wrapped for a snack.

Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
