Once I set min and max temps can I make them lower. The temps I set seem to remain in memory, and while I can raise them I can't figure out how to lower them. There must b a way. Can anyone help me?

I didn't read it in detail but your manual is here: http://cdn.shocho.co/sc-specsheets/ET-732.pdf Edit I found a video online and it LOOKS LIKE it'll cycle back to low numbers if you hold the increase button down after you get it into the flashing "change" mode http://m.youtube.com/watch?v=7tUDemmmubs Hope it helps you.. Thanks Doug. U know I think u r right bc when I was playing with it b4 I set it it seemed to do that. I'll give it a try. The prob is I live in northeast and it got pretty cold last night and even tho the thermo is in the egg tight I do think the ambient outside temp impacts it. As the temp outside went down the mav went down even tho the thermo on egg stayed pretty much the same. I'll see what happens as it warms up today. Thanks agin. And happy Q ing.

Doug is correct it does cycle.  Also when you hold the button down it gets pretty quick.
    Enjoy!
