Man that Jacque pepin makes it look so easy.Mine wasn't as pretty and it took alot longer than a minute.
I don't recommend doing this after working a night shift like I did but it looks tasty:)
Isn't pretty but it's boneless...lol

I have generally found it difficult to debone an animal that is still half-awake...Kidding! That looks damn tasty. I doubt I could have done a better job fully awake and well rested#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX.

Got me wondering of how this would cook up unstuffed just deboned. It would be the ultimate spatchcock!!Fast even cook for sure.Hows ya gettin' on, me ol ****?Kippens.Newfoundland and Labrador. (Canada).

No lolliepops because this was one tough bird!!! Usually I get fresh local young chicken but due to extra thick and heavy ice in the gulf (8 ft thick) our grocery stores have been way down on inventory and I had to get a mature frozen chicken which I've never had before and the skin was tough as rubber and I could not pull the bones through...so the lolliepops went in the trash:(To be honest as tired as I was I am surprised I even attempted this.Oh and did I mention I hate night shifts.Jamie.;Hows ya gettin' on, me ol ****?Kippens.Newfoundland and Labrador. that video of JP boning a chicken with four knife strokes is amazing I think I chopped off 20 min of my usual deboning procedure after watching

Looks fantastic! You really piled in the stuffing. My husband is no fan of chicken because of the bones, so the first time I did this he was amazed. I then got two big Cornish game hens and boned and stuffed them, freezing one. The perfect size for two. Boning gets much, much faster with practice.*******Owner of a large and a beloved mini in Philadelphia

Not sure why you don't think it looks good. Maybe in comparison to that video, but to me that looks like a great meal.XL Owner
