    Posts have been disappearing lately (see Cazzy's forum is drunk thread).   You may or may not see this :). 

    That's a great question about the warranty.  I would like to think they would honor it if you can prove the person who's name is your father. 

    ...but then again, I think you could argue that "lifetime warranty" means the lifetime of the original purchaser, so once you kick the bucket the warranty dies with you! 

    Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

    A good reason to name your son with the same name as you.  The warranty card does not ask your age.  People will ask,  Is he a Junior and you can respond, No but he has my BGE lifetime warranty.

    I've never had to show my ID when dealing with a warranty issue at the dealer.  They just looked up the warranty registration under the name I gave them.  So I guess as long as the kid gives them his fathers name there may not be a problem.

    the way some of my replacement parts were given, i almost have a feeling they dont have names on file
    :)) i got a base replaced once, filled out a form and loaded it on the truck, there was no checking a list of any sorts, all i had with me was a bge email to a guy who calls himself fishlessman
